Nesting

Encased pieces of the Wye Oak and crocheted gold wire to form a nest. More pieces of the tree were used to form a stand. The birds are made from printed information about the Wye Oak.

Dimensions: 17” High, 14” Wide, 10” long

About the Artist:  Ms. Becker received her BFA from VA Commonwealth University and MFA from the University of Maryland. Her works of art have been displayed extensively in and around Baltimore, where she resides. She teaches art and museum club at the Baltimore Lab School.
