Dad and I spent the day on Piney Run Saturday, September 17th. It was raining off and on most of the day with light winds and solid cloud cover. We hooked up to a couple bass near some schooling baitfish around 7:30am. The ones pictured all hit between 1 and 2 in the afternoon. We were using live minnows on a drop shot rig in 15 to 20 feet of water. The perch weighed .98 lbs and the first bass 3.16 lbs. The largest of the day came in at 5.10 lbs and was almost 23 inches. We had a great day at Piney Run and can't wait to go back next weekend.
