Fishing Bay Striped Bass

Had a great day fishing in Fishing Bay just off of the Elliott's Island boat launch. Was able to pull some decent striped bass ranging from 17"-22". Fish were caught on anything from rubber swim shad, top water lures, and trolling with surge tube and plastic divers. I started the day early with it being quiet, I ventured back out later in the afternoon and the fish seemed to turn on as the sun was closing close to 4pm.
