Culler Lake Update

You can also view my full report of Culler lake at my blog. Anyway, I had the urge for Carp, I set out with my homemade cornmeal doughballs and hair rigs. I caught a 22 1/2 inch Common Carp. Along with 10 Redear Sunfish, 6 White Crappie, and one 2 1/2lb Largemouth that gave me a real fight. Carp are no "trash" fish... for those who say they are, I urge you to catch one. They put up one heck of a fight! The Panfish and Largemouth were caught twitching Trout Magnet - chartreuse color. Anyway, I had a great couple hours at Culler Lake in Baker Park. All fish were released.
