One of the sure fire ways to lose a big fish, is to have it snap your line if your fishing line is old. Always be sure to change the line on your reels every year if you are using monofilament line. If you are using spider wire or super braid lines, the line can be switched out every two to three years. Many spinning reels come with extra spools of line when you buy them and can be easily switched out. This simple procedure can help make sure you don�t lose that bigger fish when you hook up!
