Fished right before the rain moved in on 4/26/10. I went with my ultralight trout outfit. I used a 1 1/4 no name crankbait. Tossed it back to the bank just under the overhanging tree branches. Lost quite a few with the small sized lure, but hooked up with about 2 dozen fat bluegills and 8 bass. The bass weren't very large but I did notice that one of them had a chewed up tail. He must have been busy fanning a bed. Even though the overall size of the fish aren't large, they were a lot of fun on the light pole.
I fished a St. Mary's county pond.
