Winter on Piney Run Reservoir

My buddy and I bagged this 30'' channel cat on liver at piney run. Catfishing has been hit or miss with the mild winter so far. On days where it has been warm for a few days, they seem to move into the flats and pick up cutbait or even large live bait on the bottom. Stay warm and good luck!
