My buddies Zach and Luis fly fished Unicorn Lake for our first time on Saturday and had a blast. Was able to talk to one of the fisheries guys about the stocking program and actually learned quite a bit. Caught a large number of Bluegill each on BH Green Weenies. We also hooked up on about 5 trout total and ended up pulling in and releasing 2 Rainbows (one Palomino and one normal 'Bow). All trout were hooked on nymphs (BH Zebra Midges or BH Pheasant Tails) while using indicators below the dam. Spotted about 3 pickerel but couldn't get them to bite. Overall amazing day.
