Herring Run in Chester River

Type: Nontidal
Region: Eastern
Location: Chester River at the Millington Bridge

I just talked with a fisherman here this morning (4/29/10) at Unicorn and he said there is still a run of Herring in the Chester River at the Millington Bridge. He also told me that an occasional American Shad has been caught there also. One angler caught 3 on Tuesday (4/27/10). White Perch have dwindled down. Good Luck!
