First Fish of the the 2012 Fishing Season

Caught my limit of hatchery stocked rainbow trout on Friday, 2/17/12, at Tuckahoe State Park. These fish were produced at DNR's Albert Powell Hatchery located near Hagerstown, MD just off do Rt. 70, and stocked by DNR hatchery staff located at Unicorn Lake Fish Hatchery. All of these fish were caught using a 1/16 ounce Panther Martin spinner (yellow body and silver blade). Took them home and smoked them - tasted great! Hoping my success is a sign of how my 2012 fishing year will be.
