Tasty Northern Snakehead

I shot only one snakehead fish on March 27th .I was able to capture this on film with the new video camera I just put on my bow. It was very cold and I only saw about 5 snakeheads all together. I have included some pictures of some fish I cleaned an deep fried over the weekend and let me tell you the snakehead fish is the best freshwater fish I have ever eaten. This is coming from a guy who eats more fish than anyone I know. So the snakehead is here to stay I think, nothing we can do about that, but I would say don't cry over spilled milk. When it comes to this fish I say kill it and grill it.
