Largemouth at Liberty Reservoir

On April 1st I decided to stop by the boat ramp at Liberty Reservoir on the way home from work to try out my new rod. I'm glad I did because after tossing a jig around to locate grass beds in the deeper water I managed to land these 2 largemouth bass. The fish pictured by my rod was 23 inches and the one I am holding was 19.5 inches. Both were caught on a white spinnerbait slow rolled right above the grass and released.
