Snakehead and Bass at Mallows Bay

I caught a snakehead down on the Potomac in Mallows Bay on a black and red spinner bait and about a two pound bass on a green pumpkin senko. There seems to be largemouth bass, snakeheads and crappie active in the back part of the bay as people all around me were catching some pretty big crappie. I did also hook into another largemouth which I did not land. The snakehead was put to death after I caught it. That one was also on a pumpkin green Senko as well. The next day I went out on the boat with my buddy out of Mattawoman Creek we landed four small bass between the two of us on spinner baits, rattle traps and Senkos. The bite was tough do to the wind.
