Snakehead near Chain Bridge

I caught a snakehead near the Chain Bridge on the MD side on March 22, 2012. I went fishing with a friend of mine. Stuck it through the brain with an Iky Jime spike. Brought it back to the house, nailed it to a board, cooked it in a fire, threw away the fish and ate the board.

DNR Reply from Joesph Love: Hey Chris, the fish tastes pretty good. It gives a thick fillet that takes seasoning well. Try it out next time. You can always fry it. Frying most anything makes it taste good.
