Rainbow Trout Fishing in Western MD

I just finished a great week of fishing in western MD on 4/20/2012. I landed some very, very nice fish the whole week. I hadn't really gotten into trout fishing for over 10 years, but I sure picked a good year to get back into it. I had landed a 22 inch rainbow that was between 4-5 lbs the day before at Evitts Creek ponds, then we went to Battie Mixon the following morning and my friend Dustin Schade pulled in this monster 28.5 inch and 9.9 lbs.
