Striped Bass Near Franklin Manor

We marked good fish on the bottom western side in front of Franklin Manor. We caught 2 fish one was 39 inches and the other was 41 inches. Caught on chartreuse and white chad umbrella rigs going south with wind out of the north. Fish swan right to me.
