I went fishing with my two kids for some red belly sunfish at Riverfront Park, in Laurel near community pool on May 2nd. My kids caught 7 sunfish ranging from 3 to 6 inches under an hour. The only thing I caught was this little 6 inch fish in the photo. Guessing it is a large minnow/small creek chub, hoping you can tell me what it is from the photos.
DNR Response: This is a fallfish. Its very common in our inland rivers and streams. They do get as large as 15 or so.
