Good Day Fishing in Salisbury

I had a great day fishing. I caught 8 bass, 2 blue gills and a channel pickerel??? or pike? It was a good size, he put up a epic fight. I was at Pemberton Historical Park in Salisbury. @DNR was kinda of fish was he and does it qualify for a caught and relase award?

DNR Response: It was a chain pickerel. It must be a minimum of 24 inches to qualify for a catch and release award.
