Catch and Release Perch at Loch Raven

May 16th about 10 am Nathan and I went fishing at Loch Raven Reservoir. Nathan is in this picture holding an 11 inch yellow perch, one of several he caught and released that day on a very small red and black rooster tail. All of them were fat, so I guess they're getting ready to spawn up there.
