Mattawoman Snakehead

Type: Tidal
Region: Southern
Location: Mattawoman Creek

I caught this baby, at Mattawoman Creek on May 25th. There are a lot of them, but I don't know, why they dont want to bite. They are going to chase your lure, but not bite. They are just gonna follow it, if you stopthey will stop. Even if you wiggle your froggy right in front of them, they don't care .they just gonna stare at the lure and then they are gonna stare at youafter that, they turn aroun and take off.

They are not scared of youI just love to watch them so close.they look amazing.. I will see if I can provide some video. They have been acting real weirdthey are just swimming, with the back fin like the way marlins do it..that's how I caught this baby....just wait for low tide, and they will be playing around, and I will cast my froggy, ahead of themI hope. I am gonna go back to this place, as many times as I can
