Catfishing Near Hart Miller Island

My grandparents live straight across the water from Hart Miller Island off of Back River Neck Road. There, I always catch small (6-8 inch) perch and large catfish. I normally stand on the pier but tomorrow, Thursday, May 31st, I am going out on the boat in the same area to try fishing for more catfish and rockfish. I always use my #2 Mepps Black Fury spinner. Those things are great and you're guaranteed a fish with every cast!! I love the fight that the catfish put up!
