Spotted Seatrout

Hello, I got this spotted seatrout at Ragged Point on May 28, 2010, it was 25 inches. I am looking at the Maryland fishing guide book and it says a 24 inch minimum is needed on spotted sea trout for a citation. I am sending you proof with the below pictures. Please email back soon!
