Nice Sized Carp at King's Landing Park

I caught this german carp at King's Landing Park on June 24th, around 11 am. I was having some small talk with a few other fisherman when my rod jumped and when I checked it I thought I was snagged on something. That's when the fun started, I was asking for my knife when the fish took off trying to get under the pier. I thought I had a skate until I saw the tail. Luckily a guy with a net was at the end of the pier because I would have never been able to land this 29.5 inch 12 lbs carp. Truly made my day.
