Indian Head Snakehead

My husband and his friends caught three snakeheads today in pond off of Indian Head Hwy near Bryans Rd. We are Vietnamese and what we do with snakeheads is that we grill it and then eat it with veggies rolled in rice paper and dipped in fish sauce like spring rolls.
