Can you Say Frantic?

This past Monday, I reported that the herrings are almost gone and there will be a small window of great fishing. So what happens when the bait goes away and the prey are still around? Fishing gets FRANTIC! I only had 2 hours of fishing but caught over 20 stripers, mostly all btw 23-26" (all released safely). They should be around for a few more day and then they will follow the herring back to the bay. This will probably be my last post from this fishing hole, but I have many more that's just starting to get HOT! Stay tuned...
