Mia, Madison and Mackenzie Meiser Catch Their First Trout!

Mia, Madison and Mackenzie Meiser helped to stock Hughesville Pond in Charles County on 3/20. They then proceeded to catch their limit. Mia caught a 9 inch Golden Trout, while Mackenzie landed a 13 inch Rainbow. The girls had a blast and I am thankful for DNR and their efforts to bring trout fishing to Southern Maryland. At the end of the day, I asked, what was better, catching the fish or eating the fish? Madison replied, "BOTH!"
