Citation Sized Perch

I caught 2 citation white perch at Chesapeake Beach. One was 14 inches and caught on 9/9/12 and another was caught on 9/16/12 and was 13 inches. Both fish were caught at same spot casting to the same rock of jetty, I also caught several puppy drum 14-19 inches both days.
