Waking up to 36 degree temps was a little discouraging, but after hauling in an almost 4 lb largemouth we knew it was all worth it. The bite was slower than expected, more than likely due to it being the coldest day of fall. The mist was burning off for about an hour as the sun rose higher in the sky. A picturesque day spent with one of my best friends and my oldest son.
