Waysons Corner Perch

I fished at Waysons Corner on the pier between 8am to noon and caught 4 yellow perch between 10 to 13 inches and 4 white perch all over 10 inches. The tide was high, but it started to turn around by 10 am. I caught all on nitecrawlers. New moon and flood tide was a factor also. I came back at 3pm and fished till 6pm and got zilch !!!
