On Saturday 30, my son and I went to have some fun fishing for trouts at the Patuxent River (Laurel Area). Our first surprise happened when my son landed a Golden Trout, he put up a good fight. Though the fun really started when something big hit my line, us and the other fishermen around had a nice fun time. It was about a 20 minute fight to discover it was a 26 inch, 12 pound Rainbow Trout. We were dealing with my 4 pounds test line and the stream, but finally we got the fish. It was a nice moment for all of us.
