Patapsco White Perch

I caught this on a wolly bugger on the Patapsco, north of Frederick Rd. Anyone know what it is?

DNR Response: Thanks to our many astute Angler's Log readers, we were corrected, this is a White Perch. Yesterday we was labeled the fish as a Golden Shiner.
