Snakehead Captured and Cooked

This 27-1/2" ugly thing was caught in a crab pot off the seawall of Port Tobacco Campground. No bait used and it just weaseled it's way in. Filleted with electric carving knife, grilled with salt and pepper and was actually delicious�
