Baby Rock at Waters Edge

I was at Waters Edge Community Park casting chicken liver on 5/4/13 and was on the rocks and sat my rod. About a 1/2 hour later, my rod tip began going crazy and I reeled this fish in. I think it may have been a little fat for the length. Also I found this partial skeleton. I think it may be a carp. Could Someone tell me What it is?
