Bay Bounty

We picked up some spot and used them for live lining. While fishing for the spot, we picked up a few croakers, and kept them. From there, we tried to catch some stripers, but ended up getting a decent bluefish - all of our spot were hacked to pieces.

We smoked the bluefish over alder chips, and topped them with red peppers from the garden. The croaker were breaded with Panko bread crumbs and seasoning and then baked.
