Where are all the Big Channel Cats Hiding?

Location: Chester River

I am curious to know if anyone has been catching any large Channel Catfish in the Chester River. The last two years, we were catching 10+ lb Channel Catfish. This year we are mainly catching 1-4 lb Channel Catfish.
