Excellent Day Catfishing

I caught this large, heavy catfish on cut herring on Saturday, June 1, 2013 at 4:30pm. I was about 3/4 of a mile up river from the boat house fishing a very narrow section of the river between VA and DC. This area was also deep. Cast almost to the other side, let it drop in the center, rocky area. Caught 4 others cats. It was an excellent day. Temp was about 90 degrees and we had no shade... Enjoy the pic.....
