Cedar Cove Kingfish

A friend of mine recently caught this down here in St Mary�s County at Cedar Cove which I believe is a drum, can you confirm this?

DNR Response:You caught a kingfish, we think it�s a Northern Kingfish but not certain. Kingfish are common along our coast during warm months and are frequent visitors to our portion of the bay typically late summer.
