Point Lookout Cobia

We launched the boat from Point Lookout State Park on Wednesday morning August 21st. We fished using bloodworm, squid, Fishbites and cut-bait to catch croaker, Spot, Bluefish, flounder, and rockfish until we were pleasantly surprised by this Cobia that also chose to bite our 123 Fishing Rig. The Cobia was quickly released after taking a few pictures. What a beautiful day of fishing on Maryland's Chesapeake Bay out of St Mary's County.
