Friday August 23 at about 6:30 pm I was fishing with Craig Bebee and his two sons Logan and Garret aka "Chanchito". We set up 4 fishing rods with bobbers and bull minnows. After 10 minutes one of the bobbers took off, I set the hook but the fish came off taking the bait and the bobber. I was a little upset because I had that bobber for a long time. I put another bull minnow on this time without the bobber and as soon as it hit the water, and the no see flies were eating me alive, a monster 24" plus Largemouth Bass took my lonely bobber less bait and took off once again this time. I was ready for him and got down to the pond with him and pulled him out to the grass area were we had set up. I took a few pictures and measured the monster and put him back to fight another day. After a few high fives with the Bebees, Craig's bobber took off. He managed to bring him up out of the water and measure him for another citation for that evening it was an amazing night. The day after it was Chanchito and Logan's turn to get theirs citation Saturday at about the same time, but now with bug repellant for the no see flies, Chanchitos bobbers took off. He handles the fish like a pro, Logan helped bring the Largemouth Bass out of the water. Logans fish was nice too.
