Here is a picture of the striper I surprisingly caught in about 15 ft of water around 3pm on Monday, near Rt. 54 in Ocean City. The fish seemed to be suffering from mycobacteriosis (I later discovered the name of the condition) Approx 20-22 inches and slender bodied (4-5 lbs max). Took a very small bait so I suspect he was scavenging and he wasn't in peak health and may have been sickly from the disease. Ew. But it was still exciting!
