Black Sea Bass

Location: Between Piney Point and St. Georges Island

While fishing in a kayak next to the bridge between Piney Point and St. Georges Island, I hooked into this little. Looks like a juvenile Black Sea Bass, but not 100% sure.

DNR Response: Yes it is a small Black Sea Bass; the small ones are fairly common in the lower bay and in the coastal bays behind Ocean City in the summer.
