Fishing Below Conowingo

I caught this Smallmouth Bass on 9/7/13 at the Conowingo Dam using a nightcrawler. Fishing had been pretty slow from 8 AM - 3 PM. I had caught quite a few small Catfish throughout the day but, nothing of any size. At 3:00 the Dam opened a few gates and within just a few minutes I caught the Bass.
