I caught this 43 inch Potomac River Blue Catfish on Saturday september 21st. It bit a white vibrating swim jig while bass fishing in a tournament. Landed in the Fort Washington area of the river in just a few feet of water. The fish took what felt like 20 minutes to get in, but in reality it was only about 5. it was quite the surprise, but im still not sure it was a pleasant one for wasting my valuable tournament time!
