Upper Gunpowder Brown Trout

I went fishing for the second time last weekend at the Upper Gunpowder Catch and Release Section. I went for the first time this past spring and didn't catch anything but knew this section held lots of browns. I made my way slowly up river from many of the parking areas along the way finally ending up at the dam. The river was very low so had to keep my profile low approaching the river. I managed to pull 9 beautiful brown's out of the river over the course of the day. One hole held at least 15 trout with 3 or 4 being well over 16 inches but none of the big ones would look at anything I threw at them. Will definitely be headed back soon to try to land one of those lunkers.
