Keith Harris and Lynn Brooks decided to give the Potomac River a rest and booked a catfish charter with Capt. Torch on the Citations Only 24 foot fishing boat. Using cut Gizzard Shad and circle hooks we landed a couple of very nice channel cats on the James River near Hopewell VA. Landing the monsters were challenging but fun.
