Fly Fishing on the Bush River

I took my new homemade kayak out on the Bush River yesterday after work just to row around and practice my fly fishing cast. White Perch, rockfish, and catfish were attacking everything. A guy in a nearby canoe caught not one, but two 14"+ White Perch! Never would have believed it if I didn�t see it with my own eyes. Another guy nearby was catching catfish on a rattle trap. I was testing out my new fly fishing rod and caught a sunfish. I wasn�t seriously fishing for anything but catching something was a big confidence boost since it was only my 2nd time fly fishing!
