I caught and safely released two nice bass over the weekend at Rocky Gorge Reservoir. The first was a 20", 4.9lber caught on a Texas rigged red/black senko worm. The second was a 18.5", 2.9lber caught on a black/blue jig with a blue crawfish trailer. Both were caught in relatively shallow water. The larger one was caught in a stump field and the other was caught next to a laydown. I also caught a lot of smaller bass. They seem to have been feeding pretty actively in the shallows. Even though air temps were pretty chilly this weekend, these big bass made it worthwhile.
