Tidal Bass Survey

This beautiful Largemouth Bass was every bit of 5 � pounds and caught in the Patuxent River during the last days of the tidal bass survey. Sampling the tidal rivers for Largemouth Bass ended last week. Throughout the survey that includes the upper Bay, Potomac, and eastern shore rivers, we also found blue cats in the Pocomoke and snakeheads in the Patuxent. There were some nice fit bass from the Susquehanna River and Northeast River. We�ve heard some anglers� concerns about the bass fishery on the Potomac River. We�re prioritizing that survey�s analysis and should have some summary information on that fishery ready in a few weeks.
