Big Brookie

I caught this big Brook Trout using a double nymph rig on the Upper Savage River this afternoon 1/15/14. The fish was a MEASURED 12 1/2 inches. It took a hare's ear nymph. This was my first fishing trip of the year and my second fish of the year was my personal best Brook Trout, what a way to start!
