Kyle Morgan from Aberdeen Md. caught this 23" beauty on Sat. 9/18 off of Bloody Point. It was caught on a Chartreuse Umbrella Rig. His Dad saved the day when he snagged the fish with the net after it fell off the hook as he was bringing it up to the boat.
